Thank you for shopping at Retrinic. We are committed to your complete satisfaction. Below is our returns policy.

1. Right to withdraw from the contract

  • Withdrawal period : You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

  • Withdrawal method : To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send an unequivocal statement to the following e-mail address: sklep@retrenic.pl

  • Return deadline : Products should be sent back to our address: Wspólna 52/54 00-514, Warsaw , within 14 days from the date you inform us about your withdrawal from the contract

2. Refund of payment

  • Refund deadline : The payment will be refunded immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.

  • Refund method : Refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless the Customer has expressly agreed to a different refund method that does not involve any costs for him.

3. Return costs

  • Return costs : The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

  • Exception : If the Seller has not offered to collect the Product from the Customer, it may withhold the reimbursement of payments received from the Customer until it receives the Product back or the Customer provides proof of having sent it back, whichever occurs first.

4. Return terms

  • Product Condition : Product must be in undamaged, unused condition, with complete packaging and all accessories.

  • Exceptions : The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to contracts in which the subject of the contract is a non-prefabricated product, manufactured according to the Customer's specifications or intended to meet the Customer's individual needs.

  • Complaint processing time : Complaints will be processed in accordance with applicable law.
