Order processing time : Orders are prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment.

Working hours : Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. on Fridays and on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

3. Available delivery methods

Courier : We cooperate with courier companies DPD, GLS, Inpost, Orlen Paczka, offering door-to-door delivery.

Parcel lockers : Possibility to collect your order from an Inpost or Orlen Paczka parcel locker available 24/7.

Personal collection : We do not offer the possibility of personal collection.
4. Delivery time

Courier : Standard delivery time is 1–2 business days from the moment the package is shipped.

Parcel Lockers : Orders delivered to a parcel locker are available for collection within 1-2 business days.
5. Delays and delivery problems

Damage : If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately and send photos of the damage.
