1. Order fulfillment

  • Order processing time : Orders are prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment.

  • Working hours : Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. on Fridays and on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

  • Shipping Confirmation : Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

2. Shipping costs

  • Standard costs : Shipping costs depend on the shipping method chosen and are visible when placing your order.

  • Promotions : We periodically run free shipping promotions. Details of these offers are available on our homepage.

3. Available delivery methods

  • Courier : We cooperate with courier companies DPD, GLS, Inpost, Orlen Paczka, offering door-to-door delivery.

  • Parcel lockers : Possibility to collect your order from an Inpost or Orlen Paczka parcel locker available 24/7.

  • Personal collection : We do not offer the possibility of personal collection.

4. Delivery time

  • Courier : Standard delivery time is 1–2 business days from the moment the package is shipped.

  • Parcel Lockers : Orders delivered to a parcel locker are available for collection within 1-2 business days.

5. Delays and delivery problems

  • Delays : In case of delays in delivery, please contact our customer service department at sklep@retrinic.pl

  • Damage : If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately and send photos of the damage.

  • Non-delivery : If your order is not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us to clarify the situation.
